WEB DESIGN

A website that looks like you mean business.

Most business websites look like templates — because they are.

Generic designs built on page builders and theme libraries don't communicate authority. They don't reflect your brand, your positioning, or your market. Visitors make judgments about your credibility before reading a single word — and if the visual design signals "template," that judgment is already made.

Design shapes perception. A business with a high-quality, brand-aligned website can charge more, attract better clients, and convert at a higher rate than a competitor with equivalent services but a weaker visual identity. Most businesses underinvest in design because they don't measure what they lose when the site fails to impress.

We design custom websites that communicate professionalism, differentiate your brand, and guide visitors toward the action you want them to take. No templates. No stock layouts. Every page designed to reflect who you are and what you deliver.

Every design engagement covers the full visual foundation of your digital presence.

01

Brand system & visual identity

We establish or refine your visual brand: color system, typography, iconography, and the visual language that defines how your business looks across all touchpoints. This foundation drives every design decision that follows — no arbitrary choices.

02

Custom page layouts

Every page is designed from a blank canvas around your specific content, goals, and audience. Homepage, service pages, about pages, contact — each one is structured to move visitors toward a specific action, not just display information.

03

Mobile-first responsive design

Over 60% of web traffic arrives on mobile. We design mobile first — meaning the smallest screen gets the most attention — and then expand to tablet and desktop. The result is a site that performs on every device, not one that shrinks awkwardly from a desktop layout.

04

UI component library

We document every button, card, form, navigation element, and section pattern in a reusable component system. This ensures visual consistency across every page and every future update, regardless of who implements the design.

05

Design handoff for development

All final designs are prepared for development with complete specifications: colors, spacing, fonts, states (hover, active, disabled), and responsive breakpoints. Your development team — or ours — gets everything needed to build the site exactly as designed.

Common questions about web design.

A standard web design engagement includes: brand visual system documentation (colors, typography, iconography), custom layout design for all key pages (homepage, service pages, about, contact, and any additional pages), a UI component library, mobile and desktop responsive specifications, and a full developer handoff package. We also conduct a discovery phase to understand your business, your competitors, and your target audience before designing anything.

If you need copywriting, SEO keyword strategy, or development in addition to design, we can scope that as part of a broader website project. Ask us during the strategy call.

A typical web design project — from discovery to final approved designs ready for development — takes 3 to 5 weeks depending on scope and your availability for review cycles. Projects move faster when clients are responsive and have existing brand materials. Projects move slower when scope expands mid-engagement or when revision rounds are extensive.

We set clear timelines at project kick-off and design in phases: discovery, wireframes, visual design, and final delivery. You know exactly where we are at every stage.

Yes. A redesign engagement can be scoped as design-only — we produce new visual designs for your existing site structure and hand them off for your developer to implement. Or we can scope design plus development as a full rebuild. Both are valid depending on your technical setup and budget.

If your existing site runs on a platform that doesn't support custom implementations (many page builders fall into this category), a rebuild is usually required to fully execute a custom design. We'll tell you clearly during the discovery call whether a redesign-only or full rebuild makes more sense for your situation.

Website builders are fast and cheap to start with, and many businesses outgrow them. The limitations become visible when you want: a design that looks distinctly different from other businesses in your industry, load speeds that pass Core Web Vitals for SEO, full flexibility over page structure and conversion elements, or tight integration with your CRM, booking system, or other business tools.

We don't use website builders for our projects. We design and build on a custom codebase that you own outright and can host anywhere. The upfront investment is higher, but you're not renting a platform — you own your website.

Copywriting is a separate service, but we work closely with copy. During discovery, we identify the messaging hierarchy for each page — what needs to be communicated, in what order, and to whom. If you're writing your own copy, we give you a content brief with word counts, section goals, and structural guidelines so the copy fits the design intent.

If you need professional copywriting, we can either provide it as part of the project scope or recommend a copywriter we work with. Either way, design and copy need to be built together — a design created without the final copy is just a placeholder, and designs built around generic placeholder text rarely survive the copy-insertion stage intact.
