Our Process

How We Work.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined five-step process. No guesswork. No wasted time. Just clear execution from first conversation to live system.

01

Evaluate

We audit what you have before we build anything new.

Every engagement starts with a Technology Assessment. We review your current systems, identify what's broken, what's missing, and what's working. We map your processes, understand your goals, and identify the highest-leverage opportunities for improvement.

This is not a sales call. It's a structured audit that produces a deliverable: a clear technology roadmap with prioritized recommendations and realistic cost estimates. You keep the roadmap whether you work with us or not.

Duration: 1–2 weeks
Investment: Starting at $5,000
Deliverable: Technology Roadmap Document
Note: Assessment fee applies toward your project if you move forward
02

Architect

We design the system before a single line of code is written.

Based on the assessment, we design the full technical architecture. This includes system design, platform selection, integration mapping, data flow design, and a detailed project plan with milestones and timeline. Nothing gets built until the blueprint is approved.

This phase prevents the two most expensive mistakes in technology: building the wrong thing and building the right thing the wrong way.

Duration: 1–2 weeks
Deliverable: Technical Architecture Document + Project Plan
Included in: Project engagement
03

Build

We execute against the plan with full transparency.

Our team builds your system to spec with regular milestone check-ins and progress updates. You always know what's been done, what's in progress, and what's next. No black boxes. No surprises at delivery.

We build for performance, security, and maintainability from the start — not as an afterthought. Every system is tested before it goes anywhere near production.

Duration: 4–12 weeks depending on scope
Check-ins: Weekly progress updates
Testing: QA included before deployment
04

Deploy

We launch with care and train your team to own it.

Deployment is planned, not rushed. We stage the release, run final validation, and launch with a rollback plan in place. After go-live, we provide complete documentation and a training session so your team can operate and maintain the system confidently.

You own everything we build. Full source code, all credentials, complete documentation. Nothing is locked to us.

Includes: Staged deployment & final QA
Includes: Team training session
Includes: Complete system documentation
Ownership: You own 100% of everything built
05

Optimize

We don't disappear after launch.

The first version of any system is the starting point, not the finish line. After deployment, we monitor performance, gather data, and identify what to improve. Most clients engage us for ongoing optimization — iterating on the system as the business grows and data accumulates.

This is where real ROI compounds. A system that gets better every month outperforms a static one in every metric that matters.

30-day: Post-launch monitoring included
Ongoing: Retainer optimization available
Reporting: Performance dashboards delivered monthly

Every project starts with a Technology Assessment. Starting at $5,000 — applies toward your build.

Process Questions

Assessment: 1–2 weeks. Architecture: 1–2 weeks. Build: 4–12 weeks depending on scope. A standard website with automation is typically 6–8 weeks total. A custom application or enterprise system runs 10–16 weeks. We provide a specific timeline during the Architecture phase.

For new clients, yes. The Assessment ensures we understand exactly what you need before committing to a build. It protects both of us from building the wrong thing. The fee applies toward your project, so you're not paying extra — you're paying smarter.

We need your input at key milestones: approving the architecture, reviewing design mockups, and approving before launch. Beyond that, we run the project. Most clients spend 1–2 hours per week during the build phase on reviews and approvals.

We include a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes and minor adjustments. For ongoing changes, enhancements, or optimization, we offer monthly retainer arrangements. For one-off changes, we work on an hourly or project basis.
